Annual beer festival for Lewes Football Club
Lewes Football Club is holding its annual beer festival on Friday, March 22, at The Dripping Pan’s Rook Inn. Gates open at 5pm.
Some 20 ales and ciders will be on offer, including ‘specials’ from Harveys Brewery – the first Tom Paine of the year (5.5 per cent, normally available in July), Elizabethan Ale (7.5 per cent, very rarely available in cask) and The Bull’s Head Brew (4.5 per cent, brewed especially for the Boreham Street pub).
Tickets are £5, or £4 in advance, available from the club, Hartleys off-licence and The Gardener’s Arms.
