Car gutted by fire

A FIRE destroyed a car following an accident in Itchingfield this morning (Saturday).

The driver of the car is believed to have lost control and crashed at Fulfords Road at around 10am.

He suffered only minor injuries but a Horsham fire crew was called to deal with a car fire.

Five firefighters spent around 30 minutes bringing the fire under control, but the car, a Fiat Cinquecento, was completely gutted.
