Car on side closes road

A cars turned on its side after a crash.

Two cars collided in Hailsham Road, Stone Cross, at 5.21pm yesterday (Monday).

A blue Toyota Starlet collided with a Grey Suzuki 4x4.

One of the cars turned onto its side and had to be recovered.

The road was closed for one hour.

A person with a knee injury was taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital.
