Firefighters tackle home blaze at Bolney
A woman suffering from breathing in smoke was helped after a blaze started at a house.
The woman was given oxygen after Hurstpierpoint and Haywards Heath fire crews were called to the two-storey building at The Street, Bolney yesterday (tues) afternoon. She was not thought to have been seriously injured.
The crew tackled a fire in a first floor bedroom that was 50% damaged by fire, heat and smoke.
20% of the first floor was damaged by smoke.
