Firework firm boss bailed over explosion tragedy

FIREWORK company boss Martin Winter has again been bailed by police in connection with the Marlie Farm tragedy.

Today (Wednesday Mr Winter, together with his sons Nathan and Stuart, returned to Eastbourne Custody Centre for questioning.

In February all three were arrested on suspicion of the manslaughter of two firefighters who died in an explosion at Festival Fireworks, Marlie Farm, near Ringmer, on December 3 2006.

They were released on police bail until May 29.
