Former mayor gives talk on NHS
The former Mayor of Eastbourne and local councillor Carolyn Heaps was the guest speaker at the recent Eastbourne Soroptimists Club meeting at the Red Lion, Willingdon.
Members were given a talk on Mrs heaps work within the NHS and about her time as a councillor.
