Framfield panto 'best ever' say audiences

It was panto time in Framfield during the first week of March with the Framfield Stagers' production of Mother Goose entertaining packed houses with four performances at the Framfield Memorial Hall.

At the end of each show audience members left the hall grinning from ear to ear, with some saying it was the Stagers' "best show ever."

Anita Broad from Blackboys, who watched Saturday's final show said: "What a fantastic evening.

A shining example of what panto is all about; a beautiful mix of slapstick and send-up, innovative ideas without straying too far from the traditional essence of pantomime.
