Fun and games in Ansty
Villagers will gather in Ansty on Monday for their annual fun day including hog roast and pony rides.
The village sports field in Deaks Lane will be turned into an arena for children's races, a gun dog display and welly throwing among other events.
All the activities, with plenty of food and drink to boot, start on Bank Holiday Monday (August 30) at 12 noon at the site, which is just off the A272.
