Are you female and is February getting you down? Then an Uckfield-based life coach is organising a free event specially for women at the Civic Centre on Saturday, February 23.

‘Happiness as a Life Solution’ is the name of a session which aims to given women the opportunity to increase self esteem; reprogramme the brain and create supportive and satisfying relationships, all while having fun and meeting some great new people.

It’s given by coach Maria Paviour, who organises the ‘How to be Brilliant, Gorgeous, Talented and Fabulous’ series of events. All the work she does is based on science and research and it has now been proved happy people are 31 per cent more effective at work.

Her personal empowerment plan events were held last year and proved to be a great success with women travelling from as far afield as London and Worthing.

Maria has been busy getting the most up-to-date research and speaking at various conferences since her last event in October.

She will speak at the National Wellbeing at Work conference at the NEC in March.
