Join in Comic Relief Zumbathon at Sainsbury’s in Newhaven
A giant zumbathon will be held at Sainsbury’s in Newhaven tomorrow (Saturday March 16) at 2pm for Comic Relief.
For a £1 minimum donation you get an hour of fun exercise, not only with Zumba, but also with Armageddon – the new group fitness and personal training concept at Wave Leisure.
The event at the store in the Drove is being run by Sainsbury’s and Wave Leisure. Fancy dress is optional and there will be prizes on the day for the best costumes.
Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
