Landlord information forum organised by Lewes District Council
LANDLORDS with properties within the Lewes District Council area are invited to attend an information forum.
It is aimed at current and prospective landlords.
The event is being organised by the council and talks will include renting your property with LDC – the Private Sector Leasing Scheme, an update on changes to Housing Benefits and a presentation by Homeworks.
Cllr Ron Maskell, lead councillor for Housing, said: “This is a good opportunity for council officers to meet some of our service providers, to listen and to exchange information.
“The forum gives landlords a chance to meet other people who are offering similar services. We want to ensure there is a supply of affordable, decent homes in the District and that our housing services respond effectively to both tenants and service providers.”
