Just seven days remain for photographers to submit work for a charity calendar celebrating Polegate.
The Polegate and local village calendar is being produced for a third year after raising £1,500 for St Wilfrid’s Hospice last year.
The project is the brainchild of freelance snapper Dan Dunbar and is open to all local residents.
Residentsnare invited to enter photographs into the copetition to win the chance to showcase their work while helping the Hospice.
The only restriction to the pictureds is they have to be taken in and around Polegate.
Winners of the competition will see their images reproduced in a calendar along with their name and title of their image.
Judges will be looking for rural and urban landscapes and also a creative approach and good technical ability, said Mr Dunbar.
The 19-year-old said: “We’ve not had a lot of enteries yet but it was like this last year when we had a lot of enteries at the last minute so hopefully we will still get lots of people entering.
“I want local people to use photography to capture well know local views from a new angle, to show Polegate and the local area from a new and interesting viewpoint”.
