Adrian Lamb, manager of YHA Alfriston, said: “YHA Alfriston is a wonderful characterful 16th century Sussex flint house that makes for a memorable stay. We’re really looking forward to opening our doors to the local community on YHA Day and showing all that we have to offer.”
People interested in the hostel will be able to win some prizes during the period September 1 to 16. Prizes include £1,000, life membership of YHA and an overnight stay for four people in a Youth Hostel.
