Maresfield's big village clean-up day
THE Maresfield Conservation Group is set for a busy spring.
The group's village clean-up day is tomorrow, March 20, and volunteers are invited to meet in the church car park from 9.30am.
This year the group's efforts will be supported by the New Parklands Residents Association, which cleans up Parklands at the same time.
The group's 17th annual free art show and sale takes place on Friday, April 30, and Saturday, May 1.
The Maresfield village fete takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, May 31, and will have arena displays, a novelty dog show, craft and produce stalls, a kids' fun fair, hot food, a beer tent and afternoon teas by the WI.
