New downs park set to boost house prices
THE creation of the South Downs National Park will provide a significant boost to house prices and place further pressure on affordable rural homes, a conference heard on Friday.
Landowners and the farming community met at Goodwood House to discuss the opportunities and threats posed when park status is confirmed on March 31.
