Polegate collision prompts police appeal for information
Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses to a single vehicle collision in Polegate in which a car demolished a directional bollard.
The dark grey Audi collided with a keep left bollard in Station Road at the junction of Westfield Close, at 5.42pm on Wednesday, February 6. Nobody was injured.
A 38-year-old man from Polegate was arrested at the scene on suspicion of dangerous driving. He was questioned and bailed until Thursday March 14.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call 101 quoting serial 1247 of 06/02.
