Police appeal for information after boy assaulted in Hailsham

Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after a boy was assaulted in Hawthylands Road, Hailsham on Monday February 4.

The 17-year-old victim was attacked by two people who were not known to him at 9.30pm.

He suffered bruising and a cut to his face.

The first suspect was described as male, white, about 6ft2, of medium build, dark spikey hair, clean shaven, wearing a puffa jacket and mini rucksack.

The second suspect was described as male, white, about 5ft7, of medium build, with shoulder length brown hair, clean shaven, wearing a black leather jacket.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone with information about the assault to contact Sussex Police on 101, quoting serial 1674 of 4/2.
