Police name fatal crash victim - leave your tributes

THE VICTIM of a fatal crash in Crowborough was named by Sussex Police today (July 3).

Leon Teale, 40, of Parklands, Maresfield, was driving along the A26 on Monday June 29 when the collision happened.

His Saab left the carriageway at about 11.50pm near the junction with New Road and hit some trees.

Mr Teale was the only person in the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Road Policing Unit is repeating its appeal for any witnesses to call 0845 60 70 999 quoting Operation Whitcot.
