The body of victim Ahmed Remon Hayder, 27, was discovered in a flat above the Moon of India restaurant in Seaford.
A trail of blood dripping into the architect's business below alerted police to the murder.

He is believed to have died between Sunday night and Monday morning.
Remon was a British national from the Bangladeshi community and had lived in Seaford all his life.

"The motive of the death is still to be established.
"Anaha is a man of interest but I cannot discount any others being highlighted in this investigation.
"At this time I am focusing our efforts on locating Anaha.
