The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will visit Lewes, Newhaven, Southease and Falmer on Thursday October 31.
They will start their visit to East Sussex at West Quay Fisheries in Newhaven, where they will meet staff and tour the facilities, meeting local fishermen and customers.
The royal party will then proceed to the new hostel YHA South Downs in Southease.
Here they will tour the newly refurbished facilities and view the new glamping pods.
They will meet staff and Duke of Edinburgh Award students staying at the centre before unveiling a plaque to mark the opening of the new facility.
The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh will then move on to Harveys Brewery, the oldest independent brewery in Sussex.
They will visit the factory and see the bottling plant in action before taking lunch as guests of Harveys.
In the afternoon the royal party will visit The Keep, the new local archive centre opening to the public towards the end of 2013.
The Keep will eventually house more than six miles of archives and resources dating back 900 years.
The Queen will meet staff volunteer groups before unveiling a plaque to mark her visit.
