Seaford shooting - Paul Allwright remanded in custody
Paul Allwright, 62, of North Way, Seaford, appeared before Brighton magistrates on Friday morning (October 12) charged with one count of attempted murder and possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life.
The charges relate to an incident in North Way, Seaford, on September 16.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on October 26.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) is conducting an independent investigation into Sussex Police’s use of firearms during the incident.
