Teenage girl knocked from horse in Uckfield

THE KENT Air Ambulance and SECAmb emergency ambulance were called to Station Road, Uckfield at 1.30pm on Sunday, February 19 after a 16 year old girl had been knocked unconscious after falling from her horse.

She regained consciousness at the scene but was suffering from neck pain, a fractured wrist and loss of sensation to one leg.

The air ambulance arrived at 2pm and took eight minutes to airlift her to Eastbourne District General Hospital.
