REPORTER Chris Eyte is leaving the Sussex Express after five years working for the county’s favourite 175-year-old newspaper.

Chris, who has covered the South Wealden District in that time, said: “I want to thank my colleagues from whom I have learnt so much.

“They really are a fantastic bunch of people.”

Reporter Paul Compton will take over Chris’ former role.
