Three men were rushed to hospital with suspected fractures after falling 10 feet through a roof on a Hellingly industrial estate.
Emergency services rushed to the ‘Call2Hire’ firm on the Horselunges Industrial estate in Mill Lane, just before midday on January 23.
The men were taken to the Eastbourne District General Hospital with bruises and suspected fractures but none of them are in a life-threatening condition, said a Sussex Police spokesman.
He added: “It is understood that they were visiting the site to do some work on a van they were purchasing.
“There are no suspicious circumstances and is not an industrial accident required to be reported to the Health and Safety Executive as they were visiting the site and were not employees.”
The men, aged 30, 27 and 22, are all from the Birmingham area.
