Two cleared in dad’s death investigation
Two people have been cleared of involvement in the death of a Hailsham dad.
A man and a teenage boy no longer face criminal action by police.
They were due to answer bail on October 11 but were stood down.
The pair were arrested following the death of Darren Croxton in January this year.
Mr Croxton was found collapsed in the road near Bramble Drive and rushed to the Royal Sussex County Hospital on January 23 where he later died.
Post mortem results found the 25-year-old died from stab wounds inflicted by a knife with a blade at least 4in long.
