Two trapped in A27 collision

TWO people were trapped after a two-car collision on the A27 near Pevensey.

The Clio and Astra collided eastbound from the Dittons Roundabout at 7.45am this morning (Thursday February 4).

Police said the location was by the lay-by on the right hand side - underneath the bridge.

Both people were taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital for treatment.
