Uckfield student’s culinary success

UCTC student Christopher Merrett, who won the local heat of Rotary’s Young Chef competition, came a close second in the next competition in Maidstone.

He now qualifies for the District final this month.

If he wins that, he goes forward to the National final in April. College staff were closely involved in arranging the November heat.
