Uckfield lunch marks volunteer week
UCKFIELD Volunteer and Information Centre is holding a community lunch today, June 5, at the Luxford Centre to mark National Volunteers Week (June 1-7).
Nominations for special community awards were invited from local groups and individuals for people who have gone that extra mile in their volunteering and deserve recognition.
Each nominee will be presented with an award by Charles Hendry MP.
