VIDEO: Ditchling man crowned recipe writer of the year
COOKING enthusiast, Sunil Mathur from Ditchling has been crowned Sussex Newspapers Readers' Recipe Writer of the Year 2010.
The amateur chef won the accolade by impressing the judges at a cook off at Amberley Castle, where three finalists prepared their selected dishes in the great room.
The preparation, cooking and tasting was all filmed for Sussexonline.tv.
