Young musician of the year contest open for entries in Seaford

A cash prize is up for grabs at the Rotary Club of Seaford’s Young Musician of the Year Contest.

If you have musical talent, are aged between 11 and 17, live in the BN25 area and can perform one piece on your instrument or sing one song, you are eligible to enter the competition.

The contest will be held on Sunday February 9.

To take part, fill in an entry form and get it to the Rotary Club of Seaford before Sunday January 19.

Mike Hemmings from the Rotary Club of Seaford said: “You don’t need to be an amazing performer. Come and try.”

Entry forms are available from reception at Seaford Head School and Newlands School.
