MP NORMAN Baker will hold a drop in advice surgery in the main foyer of Morrisons supermarket in Seaford on Saturday April 9.
It will complement his regular weekly surgeries which take place around his constituency, which includes Seaford, Newhaven and Lewes.
This will be the first time that the MP has held an advice surgery in a supermarket.
It is an opportunity for Seaford residents or constituents who are just visiting the town to drop in and have a formal or an informal chat about any issues that they may have.
Mr Baker said: “Supermarkets are an ideal place to hold these surgeries because they are convenient for people.
“Instead of taking time from their busy schedule to attend a traditional surgery, they can have a quick chat, or ask a simple question, before or after they do their shopping.
“I am always keen to be as accountable and approachable as possible to my constituents.
“I am also grateful to Morrisons for facilitating this.”
Morrisons is in Dane Road. The surgery will run from 1pm to 2pm.
