A REVISED regeneration scheme involving around 200 homes, an ASDA supermarket and 14 commercial units will go on display in Newhaven.
Residents can view the plans for Newhaven Eastside at the Hillcrest Centre tomorrow (Thursday March 17).
Developer Avalon LLP will put in a planning application to Lewes District Council within the next few weeks.
Avalon altered the layout, with the ASDA store now on the south and the homes situated to the north.
The developer said these changes would ensure better links between the homes and recreational park and between the site and the town centre.
The layout of the new homes was altered to deliver more family sized houses and less apartments, as well as more open space.
In addition to the 40,000 square foot ASDA, the plan still includes a pub.
The plans will be in the Hillcrest Centre, Hillcrest Road, 2pm-7.30pm.
