KICK boxing, disco dancing and a food festival were enjoyed by more than 1,000 visitors at Seaford Family Fun Day on Sunday July 10.
The event was organised by Wave Leisure, Seaford Town Council, the Rotary Clubs of Seaford and the Seaford Chamber of Commerce.
It was officially opened by deputy mayor of Seaford Sylvia Dunn.
Music was provided by Archway Choirs, RaNdOm and the Seaford Rock and Jazz Orchestra.
Community stalls, as well as arena displays such as step aerobics, Sama Karate, disco and street dancing, ballroom and Latin dancing, kick boxing and Zumba.
Cycle Seahaven provided free cycle tuning and the Seaford Rotary clubs provided a tavern.
The Food Festival boasted stalls from Paul’s Plaice, The Cake Stand, Nut Knowle Farm, Downsview Farmhouse, Riverford Organic, Seaford Herbal Dispensary and Downland Butchers of East Dean.
Hot food was provided courtesy of Paella Party, K2 Catering (hog roast) and Charlie’s Chickens.
