Amongst the other popular events returning this year will be the Apple Press at the Linklater Pavilion on the first weekend.
Soup glorious soup which is an International Soup Festival will be at All Saints on Saturday September 19.
And the Octoberfeast streetfood party with live music will be back at Harveys Yard on Saturday September 26 from noon to 4pm.
The Snowdrop Inn’s big beer festival will be held on October 3 and 4 and Harveys will be putting on special tasting events.
There will be lots more events taking place around Lewes.
Alison Field from Lewes Octoberfeast said: “There’s still time to get your event in our full colour programme so do get in touch as soon as possible if you’d like to take part this year.
“If you’re a keen cook and enjoy entertaining why not host a pop up supper this year?
“It can be as formal or casual as you like. Share the cooking with a friend! Past suppers have always been great fun - and you can make a bit of money for you or for charity.”
