Crowborough crash victims named

The two men who died in a collision in the early hours of Sunday (April 12) in Crowborough have been named by police.

Michael James Robert Owen, 21, and Kyle Careford, 20, both had been staying in Crowborough but were originally from Tunbridge Wells.

Police were called to Rotherfield Road around 12.40am on Sunday morning to a red Renault Clio which had collided with a church wall and overturned.

PC Doug Park said: “We are continuing to piece together what happened as we investigate this collision where two young me sadly died.
