TRAVEL NEWS: Rail services suspended between Crowborough and Uckfield

Rail passengers travelling between Crowborough and Uckfield are being told to expect disruption this evening (Monday, September 21).

Services between the two stations have been temporarily suspended due to an ‘operating incident’, Southern Rail has said.

Replacement buses are currently being sourced and Southern Rail tickets are being accepted on Southeastern Railway services between London and Tunbridge Wells.

Southern Rail have yet to release any further details about what the ‘operating incident’ is or how long the problem will take to fix.
