Two men were arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill following an argument with a doorman who refused to let them in to a pub.
The row took place outside Yates Wine Lodge in Robertson Street, Hastings, in the early hours of Sunday (31 August). Police are appealing for witnesses. One of the men wore a distinctive red cap. One, aged 24, from London, was bailed until October 9, and the other, aged 18, from St Leonards was bailed until October 6. Witnesses are asked to phone Sussex Police on 101, quoting serial 213 of 31/8.
