Mumford & Sons, one of the biggest bands on the planet, paid a surprise visit to Lewes this week.
It came a fortnight ahead of the eagerly-anticipated concert in the county town on July 19 and 20 as part of the Gentlemen Of The Road Tour.
The foursome were shown round Harveys Brewery where a special ale has been created to mark the occasion - Lewes Stopover Brew.
Mumford & Sons later spoke of how much they were looking forward to the gig and engaging with the local community.
A crowd of up to 25,000 is expected when they appear at the Convent Field, alongside such bands as Vampire Weekend, The Vaccines and The Mystery Jets.
