PARISH ASSETS: The fingerposts at Cane Heath, Arlington Village, and at Baileys Lane have been renovated or replaced. The phone box outside the Yew Tree has suffered a power supply problem which has been reported as a fault to UK Power Networks.

JUMBLE SALE: Tomorrow, Saturday, at 2pm in Arlington Village Hall there will be held the Spring Jumble Sale.

BLUEBELL WALK AND FARM TRAIL: The trail will start at Bates Green Farm, Arlington on April 19 and 20. Please see the website for further details at www.bluebellwalk.co.uk This year the trail will be in aid of Holy Trinity Church and Dicker Village Hall. PARISH ASSEMBLY: The next meeting of Arlington Parish Council will be the Parish Assembly, which will start at 7.30pm on Thursday April 21 in Upper Dicker Village Hall. The meeting is open to all parishioners and the councillors welcome you to join us at our Parish Assembly where you will have the opportunity to raise any issues or you can just come along and find out what’s been going on in your villages. Drinks and nibbles will follow the meeting. A presentation will be given by Keith Stevens, Chairman of Healthwatch. We would love to see as many residents as possible.
