WELLBEING: Lake and woodland wellbeing is on Saturday August 20 at Lime Cross Nursery from 10am to 6pm. The Five Elements: a day of yoga, meditation and relaxation by the lakeside and in ancient woodlands, tai chi and wild swimming. Book via their website or drop in.

RAY AND SHELDON: All about Juantis is the theme for this afternoon’s meeting (Friday), a talk by Judith Kinnison. The Club for over 60s is in Herstmonceux Village Hall from 2pm to 4pm and meets on the second and fourth Fridays of each month. For more information call Anne on 441244.

SUMMER SHOW: The Windmill Hill Horticultural Society 139th Summer Show schedule is available from most Herstmonceux outlets as well as the village information centre. The Show is on Saturday August 6 from 2pm to 4.30pm in the Reid Hall, Boreham Street. Entrance is £1, children free. Free parking.
