Isfield & Little Horsted

PARISH MATTERS: To many, I suspect the big majority, folk consider parochial church meetings as something of an anachronism, a gathering where an ever-dwindling congregation meets to conduct essential business. But look under the top layer and maybe there's something a bit more on offer. Tuesday sees the annual meeting of Isfield parish church's meeting, and as well as electing two churchwardens, and hearing of the church's accounts and various reports, there's an opportunity for everyone who lives in the parish to go along and discover what St Margaret's has to offer the village. Isfield Village Hall at 7pm is the place and time to be if interested. All parishioners are entitled to attend providing they are on the electoral roll. Any doubts about that, give Cariena Cartwright a call on 01825 750749 or email [email protected] for assistance.
