OPEN EXHIBITION: Tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday from noon to 10.30pm on the Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm on the Sunday, Arlington Arts Group is hosting an Open Exhibition: Arlington Art and Craft Show, at Arlington Village Hall.

ARLINGTON DAY: Tomorrow, Saturday, from noon at Arlington Village Hall and Field, Arlington Day will consist of a village picnic, live music and an art show. Further details are to be found at www.arlingtonday.co.uk

VILLAGE MARKET: On Tuesday, in Arlington Village Hall between 10am and 11.30am, there will be a variety of stalls, including home baking, traditional bread, fresh bread and refreshments.

ROAD CLOSURE: On August 5, 6 and 7, Station Road at Berwick will be closed to all traffic. The closure is anticipated to be in place 11.45pm on August 5 to 5.45am on August 6 and 11.45pm on August 6 to 5.45am on August 7, to allow Network Rail to carry out civil engineering works.

MICHELHAM PRIORY: On Thursday, there will be a Sussex Guild Craft Fair held at Michelham Priory. Further details are available from http://sussexpast.co.uk/events.

PARISH COUNCIL: The August 13 meeting of Arlington Parish Council will only be held if planning applications are to be considered. Further details will be available from http://arlingtonparish.org.uk.

ANNUAL SHOW: Berwick Produce Association 60th Annual Show is on Saturday, August 29, at 2pm on the Berwick Playing Field.

FLOWER SHOW: On Saturday, September 5 in Arlington Village Hall, the Arlington and Upper Dicker Produce and Flower Show will be held.

BERWICK PARISH COUNCIL: The next meeting of Berwick Parish Council will be held on Thursday September 24 at 7.30pm in Berwick Village Hall.
