JAMBOREE: Last weekend we had a lovely visit from Young Aaron Foord and his grandfather. They had come over to show us the photographs that Aaron had taken on his trip to the World Scout Jamboree in Japan in July/August. Many of you were kind enough to help when we raised funds to help him on his way and for that we are really grateful. He had an amazing time. Lots of scouts from around the world, 33,000 in fact all under canvas, it looked an awesome sight. He spent two days with a Japanese family, learned a lot about Japanese culture and food. This was a wonderful experience for him and was only possible with your help, so thank you all.
