POLITICS IN THE PUB: Buy yourself a drink, make your way to the club room and debate a topical issue with other local people with an interest in progressive politics. The event is free, but we accept donations of £1 to help defray costs and will take place on Wednesday at 7.45pm. Our next speaker will be Jake Lambert, a recent parliamentary candidate and Chair of Eastbourne Labour Party. The subject of the debate will be, How can politics engage younger voters? It’s their future. For more information please call Tom Serpell on 01825 840251 or e-mail at tom@serpell.com.
