POP IN LUNCH: We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and invite you to join us in February 7 at 12.30pm in the village hall. Its a soup lunch, all home made and delicious, usually three varieties to choose from so you are spoilt for choice and then three different puddings, ranging from Apple crumble to lemon meringue pie for example, all lovingly created by our volunteer team then coffee or tea for only £3. Great value I think you would agree.
If you haven’t had a chance to join us then please give us a try, this is not just for elderly guests,we welcome everyone from the village, maybe for a regular place for a catch up with someone or perhaps you work from home and would like some other company apart from your cheese sandwich. We meet on the first Thursday of every month so write it in the new Christmas diary. We would like this to be a relaxed enjoyable lunch every month and to grow our numbers so bring a friend, knock on a neighbours door , spread the word and we shall look forward to welcoming you in February.
