A BIG THANK YOU: To the families who organized the Christmas Day lunch at the old school house, Church Street, Willingdon. Twenty of us sat down to a smashing meal, nicely decorated table and party games. We all had a very good time, also made some new friends. See you next year? Maureen Copping.

COFFEE MORNING: The coffee morning on Thursday at the British Queen, The Triangle, Lower Willingdon from 10am to noon, is in aid of a different charity every month. A cup of tea or coffee and cake is £1.50, raffle, bring and buy, bookstall. Come along and have a chat. Telephone 484166.
