LECTURE: The East Blatchington Lectures at St Peter’s, Belgrave Road is taking place on Tuesday at 2.30pm. The talk is being given by Simon Parke who has had a varied life after 20 years of being a priest and now a writer. He has written columns for the Daily Mail and a weekly diary Shelf Life. Books including Forsaking the Family which is a refreshing look at family life and The Beautiful Life which offers ten new commandments because life could be better. He has also written comedy and satire for TV and Radio picking up Sony Radio Reward. Tickets are available from Newberry Tulley Estate Agent, Church Street at £7 including refreshments.
