WATERLOO: Remember I told you that I was a guest at the Battle of Waterloo Commemoration but I lost the photos off my computer? A lovely lady called Marion from Maresfield who is a regular reader of the Parish Pump, contacted me and said that she was there as well and she actually lost her camera a few days later. But it was found and she’s getting it back in a few weeks’ time. And she told me that I could have some of her photos. What a wonderful surprise.

FROM SUSSEX POLICE: Many of you will be aware that the first episode of a three part documentary aired last night called The Nick. The mini series, filmed in and around Brighton and Hove, follows a number of the teams based within the city as they go about their daily role. Did you watch the first episode? If so, we want to know how you feel about us and your county. Each week we will be running a short survey to gauge how you feel. If you could spare a minute to answer four quick questions we’d really appreciate it. Please note that if you work for Sussex Police a separate internal survey has been created for your completion and can be found via Priority Messages on the front of the intranet. You can catch the next episode of The Nick next Wednesday at 9pm on ITV1.
