AN HISTORIC hotel has been refurbished and reopened in Seaford.
The four-room Wellington Hotel in Steyne Road held an open house to introduce customers to its new look.
The hotel was called the New Inn in 1888 and changed to the Wellington Hotel in 1913.
Seaford Town Council organised a meeting with businesses to glean their ideas for improving the town during September where traders said it needed more bed and breakfasts to meet demand, which could help boost the town’s economy.
Wellington landlady Rhonda Ober said Seaford had a lot to offer, with its relaxed atmosphere, and added there was lots to do. Visit www.thewellington-hotel.com
