An acclaimed environmentalist will be joining Wilderness Wood at Hadlow Down for its first dinner of the year on January 10.
Tony Juniper, a campaigner, writer, sustainability advisor and leading British environmentalist, will be introducing his new book What has Nature ever done for us? to members of the woodland enterprise group.
The book is due to be released that day and signed copies on sale at the dinner).
Tony is an independent sustainability and environment adviser, including as Special Advisor with the Prince’s Charities International Sustainability Unit.
He speaks and writes on many aspects of sustainability and is the author of several books, including the award winning Parrots of the World, Spix’s Macaw and How Many Light Bulbs Does It Take To Change A Planet?
He was a co-author of Harmony, with HRH The Prince of Wales and Ian Skelly.
Wilderness Wood will be hosting delicious three-course, sustainably sourced dinners served by candlelight in its beautiful timber-frame barn on the first Saturday of the month throughout 2013.
